WHAT MAKES A SCHOOL A SUCCESS?
In discussion with a client about their idea to start a new school in a particular location in Dubai. They had identified the plot and agreed with the land lord on payment plan to buy the plot.
We listened to their idea what the school would be. They had great idea, new ones, but then we had to inform them, the idea were good but it would not succeed in the location they had selected.
Oh boy it was not well received, but our reasoning convinced them. Luckily they had not signed any agreements for the plot, now we would find a good location for them as per their idea.
To make a new school a success you would need more than a great idea.
There are multiple factors which needed to be considered when starting a new school.
The location,
The student numbers
The curriculum and above all the fees.
Those are the main ones, now once these are set that those would define many other factors.
