We have undertaken several projects related to planning, approval, and design for schools and universities. One of our most notable projects was for a Branch campus of forign university in Dubai. The client wanted to expand their current facilities and add new buildings to accommodate more students. We conducted a thorough analysis of the university's projected student numbers, based on course acetablity, student numbers, and future growth projections. Based on this analysis, we developed a comprehensive plan for the university's expansion, including the design of the new buildings. Similarly, we also undertook a project for a private school in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates. The client wanted to construct a new school building on a plot of land they had recently acquired. We conducted a site analysis to determine the best location for the new building and the optimal design for the school. We also helped the client obtain the necessary planning approvals from the relevant authorities. Another project we undertook was for the new steiner education school in Dubai The client wanted a totally new deisgn concept. We developed a comprehensive design guide that included floor plans, material specifications, and other details necessary for the construction of new schools. In all these projects, we worked closely with the clients to ensure their vision and objectives were met. We also ensured that all the necessary approvals were obtained from the relevant authorities and that the designs were in compliance with local regulations. We did discussions with various Free zone authorities and port Authorities to understand the pros & cons of each Free zone Also the pros and cons of each Free zone. which were advertised and not advertised. We also did analysis of where raw material for such a project can be obtained from. Did a detailed analysis to find any issues which can raise up if such a plant comes up /
